Yes, you may have short term visitors during your reservation. However, any guests staying over 8 hours or staying overnight needs to be added to the reservation guest list
Unfortunately, we have a strict policy against parties and or small gatherings.
We offer seamless self-check in enabled with smart door lock. Property access code is sent 10 minutes before scheduled check-in time.
Booking Questions
Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and checkout by 10 AM
- EARLY CHECK-INS – are not guaranteed. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check-in early.
- LATE CHECKOUTS – can be accomodated but must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 10 am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged a late check out fee
Yes, we love pets and allow pets at our properties. Be sure to include your pet on the reservation.
We have flexible payment terms which gives you the option to pay in up to three installments prior to check in. You can always choose to pay 100% upfront as well.
Once your reservation is confirmed and accepted you will receive a confirmation email and access to the guest portal where you can check status, request changes etc
You get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
Help on your reservations
All our homes are equiped with Vivint security . Should you feel the need to use the added security features like arming and disarming the property, please reach out to and we will setup a temporary access code on the system to enable you the ability to arm and disarm the house.
Absolutely! We understand that plans do change and will do our best to accomodate changes. Whether it be guest count, dates, or checkin/checkout time, you can request the change directly from the guest portal or simply inform us via text.
We store personal belongings left behind up to 14 days after checkout. Please reach out if you or your guests forgot an item and we would do our best to coordinate return.
You are able to cancel bookings at any time from the guest portal. Refunds will be processed strictly according to the cancellation policy of the reservation
